We offer cost-effective coating solutions so you can have a higher return on your investment and have the floors of your dreams.
Preparation
The preparation portion of our process is very unique depending on the type of space, and the type of coating that’s needed. To start, we shot blast or grind the surface to ensure the coating has a textured surface to adhere to. Grinding also helps to remove old coatings and paints, as well as smooth and level the surface. At the start of our process we also vacuum and clean the surface to ensure the application of the coating goes smoothly and looks great.
Restoration and Repair
As part of our application, we offer floor restoration and repair. This means no more cracks, oil stains, or damage anywhere on your floors. Not only will your floors look better with the coatings when they are repaired, but they will also last much longer and function better. Floors are put through a lot, whether in a garage or commercial space and they need to be able to withstand this type of wear and tear without costing you a fortune in maintenance.
We smooth the surface, and fill in the cracks and chips with fillers and menders before we begin the coating process.
Application of Coatings and Chip
Once the restoration and repair step is complete, we are then ready to begin the actual application. We mix your desired coating along with our specialized primer and add the coating to your garage floor. Immediately following the application, we broadcast the surface to help add texture and color. Depending on the size of the floors and types of coatings, will depend on how long our technicians will need to complete your project.
Setup Time
Setup times will vary depending on the type of coatings you chose, however most of them are able to cure within a couple of hours.
Finishing Touches
After your garage floor coating is completely done and cured, then the floor will be vacuumed and scraped. This will ensure any remaining flakes or loose remnants are removed and your floors are left looking amazing.
Top Coat
The final step of our garage floor coatings process is applying a clear top coat to the new surface. This will lock in the coating and protect the new surface from damage. We offer matte and glossy finishes for the top coat depending on the style of the space.
